The site and all content within it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the Warpstar name and mark, page designs, and code — is the property of Warpstar Offensive Security or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You may view and access the site for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive. Specifically — and we say this with all professional sincerity, not irony — do not attempt to attack, probe, scan, or exploit vulnerabilities in our infrastructure. We monitor actively, we respond quickly, and we document thoroughly.

Prohibited conduct includes: attempting unauthorised access to any part of our systems; launching denial-of-service attacks; injecting malicious code; scraping content at a rate that degrades service; and impersonating Warpstar or its personnel.

Services & Engagements

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide services. Any engagement for offensive security services — penetration testing, red teaming, vulnerability assessments, or otherwise — is subject to a separate written agreement (statement of work or engagement contract) signed by both parties.

Scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, and liability terms for any engagement are defined exclusively in that written agreement. Information on this site is for general marketing and informational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Warpstar and its personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or any content on it.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the site shall not exceed IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim or the basis of liability.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
